- Static apnea up to 2'.
- Dynamic apnea up to 25m.

Level 1
Two (2) theoretical courses include:
- What is free diving?
- Categories in freediving.
- Physiology in freediving.
- Correct way of breathing / relaxation.
- Safety to avoid risks.
- Pressure and equalization / anatomy of the ear.
- Free diving technique.
- Equipment and its proper use.
- General safety rules.
Confined water (or pool) practice includes:
- Correct breaths before and after holding the breath.
- Buoyancy equipment and regulation.
- Learning static apnea.
- Learning dynamic apnea.
- Safety in rescue techniques (underwater and on the surface).
- Static apnea up to 2'.
- Dynamic apnea up to 25m.
The practical courses at sea include:
- Dive briefing and planning.
- Equipment preparation.
- Correct breathing before and after the dive.
- Free Immersion with an emphasis on equations.
- Correct posture.
- Simple surface rescue techniques.
- Victim rescue scenarios on the surface and at a depth of 10m.
- Pair practice in dives from 14m to 20m.
- Reach a depth of 14-18m safely.

Level 2
Three (3) theoretical courses include:
- Breathing in more air.
- Chest stretching exercises.
- Energy saving.
- Coaching / fundamentals.
- Buoyancy and free fall.
- Pressure equation.
- Learning the FRENZEL technique.
- Safety / barotrauma / loss of consciousness “Hypoxia”.
- The role of the couple through techniques.
- Advanced freediving equipment.
Confined water (or pool) practice includes:
- Equipment preparation.
- Correct breaths before and after holding the breath.
- Relaxation techniques.
- Posture and body position.
- Couple practice in static and dynamic apnea.
- Rescue techniques in static and dynamic apnea.
- Freediving technique and all categories in freediving.
- Achieving static apnea up to 3'.
- Achieving dynamic apnea over 50m safely.
The practical courses at sea include:
- Preparation of the appropriate equipment for freediving.
- Buoyancy control and regulation.
- Control of equations / FRENZEL.
- Correct and effective waist "break" (duck dive).
- Body posture.
- Controlled turns on the rope.
- Emphasis on pair practice / safety.
- Lanyard diving.
- Victim rescue scenarios on the surface and at a depth of 15m and towing 50m.

Four (4) theoretical courses include:
- Expansion and Contraction of Lungs.
- Pulmonary Overfilling (Packing)
- Pulmonary pumping (Reverse Packing).
- Great Depth Training (Frc).

- Mouthfill Technique – Practice.
- Pressure and Physiology.
Hands-on lessons in the pool include;
- Equipment preparation.

- Achieving static apnea up to 3:30.
- Achieving dynamic apnea over 60m safely.

- Equipment preparation.
- Specialized stretches before diving.
- Technique in FRC Mouthfill.
- Practice in diving with Mouthfill / FRC & full exhale.
- Emphasis on perfecting the Freefall technique
- Emphasis on deep freediving.
- Emergency scenarios without mask and fins at 15m.
- Safety and rescue skills.
- Rescue victim at 20m.
- Victim rescue at 15m and surfacing with 1 fin.
- Victim rescue scenarios on the surface and at a depth of 20m and towing 50m
